Depending on your gear and raid, the stat weight between healing power and mp5 will change. You should prioritize healing power, as soon as you notice that you don’t have Mana problems. This heavily depends on your raid situations (kill speed, gear of the tanks, and gear of you and the other healers). Therefore you should try to collect items that are lower in the list if they have more healing power for more flexibility.
