The Restless Souls

The quest The Restless Souls requires level 55 and is sharable.

• Start:
  • Caretaker Alen at Lights Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands (79.6 63.8).
• End:
  • Egan southwest of Stratholme in Eastern Plaguelands (14.4 33.6).
• Rewards:
  • 6,600 XP

Once you have found Egan, you will receive the follow-up quest The Restless Souls of the same name from him.

The Restless Souls

The quest The Restless Souls requires level 55 and is not sharable.

• Start & End:
  • Egan southwest of Stratholme in Eastern Plaguelands (14.4 33.6).
• Task:
  • Use  Egan's Blaster (provided) to free 15 Restless Soul in Stratholme as follows:
    1. Target a ghost in Stratholme and use  Egan's Blaster on them. It will die after a short time and several Restless Soul appear.
    2. Target a Restless Soul and use  Egan's Blaster on them. After a few seconds they become freed souls.
• Rewards:
  • 8,300 XP
  •  Testament of Hope

The Great Ezra Grimm

The quest The Great Ezra Grimm requires level 55 and is sharable.

• Start & End:
  • Smokey LaRue at Lights Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands (80.6 58.0).
• Task:
  1. Enter Strat Live and take a left at the first and second junction until you reach a deadend. Make sure to kill all mobs along your way.
  2. Open the box to summon Ezra Grimm, kill him and loot  Grimm's Premium Tobacco.
  3. Return to Smokey LaRue.
• Rewards:
  • 8,300 XP
  •  Smokey's Lighter

Of Love and Family

The quest Of Love and Family requires level 52. It is sharable if the previous quests of the chain have been completed.

• Prerequisite: Completed the previous 4 quests in the chain starting with Redemption given by Tirion Fordring in Eastern Plaguelands (7.6 43.6).
• Start:
  • Artist Renfray on Caer Darrow in Western Plaguelands (65.6 75.4).
• End:
  • Tirion Fordring in Eastern Plaguelands (7.6 43.6).
• Task:
  • Find the painting  Of Love and Family on the right wall in the Archivist’s room in Stratholme and bring it to Tirion Fordring.
  • Note: When you also try to complete The Archivist make sure to loot the painting before burning down the archive.
• Rewards:
  • 6,600 XP

Note: When completing the whole quest chain you can choose between  Mark of Fordring,  Ornate Adamantium Breastplate,  Shimmering Platinum Warhammer,  Shroud of the Exile, or  Fordring's Seal.

The Archivist

The quest The Archivist requires level 55 and is sharable.

• Start & End:
  • Duke Nicholas Zverenhoff at Lights Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands (81.4 59.8).
• Task:
  • Kill the tenth boss Archivist Galford in Stratholme and burn down the Scarlet Archive.
  • Note: When you also try to complete Of Love and Family make sure to loot the painting before burning down the archive.
• Rewards:
  • 8,300 XP
  • 150 reputation with Argent Dawn

The Truth Comes Crashing Down

The quest The Truth Comes Crashing Down requires level 55 and is not sharable.

• Prerequisite: Completed and turned in the quest The Archivist. Otherwise  Head of Balnazzar won’t drop.
• Start:
  • Started by  Head of Balnazzar which drops from the final boss Balnazzar in Strat Live.
• End:
  • Duke Nicholas Zverenhoff at Lights Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands (81.4 59.8).
• Task:
  • Take  Head of Balnazzar to Duke Nicholas Zverenhoff at Lights Hope Chapel.
• Rewards:
  • 8,300 XP

  • Loot 20x  Plagued Flesh Sample from mobs in the first Strat Undead part.

  • Find  Scourge Data in a box that randomly spawns in the Ziggurats.
• Rewards:

  • Choose between  Seal of the Dawn or  Rune of the Dawn.

Above and Beyond

The quest Above and Beyond requires level 55 and is sharable if the prerequisite is met.

• Prerequisite: Completed and turned in the quest The Archivist. Otherwise  Head of Balnazzar won’t drop.
• Start & End:
  • Duke Nicholas Zverenhoff at Lights Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands (81.4 59.8).
• Task:
  • Kill the final boss Baron Rivendare in Strat Undead, loot  Head of Baron Rivendare, and bring it to Duke Nicholas Zverenhoff.

• Rewards:

  • Choose between  Crown of the Penitent or  Band of the Penitent.

The Medallion of Faith

The quest The Medallion of Faith requires level 55 and is sharable.

• Start & End:
  • Aurius in the chapel on the left side after entering Strat Undead.
• Task:
  • Find  Medallion of Faith in Strat Live in a chest behind Malor the Zealous and bring it to Aurius.

After turning in The Medallion of Faith you’ll receive the follow-up quest Aurius' Reckoning.

Aurius’ Reckoning

The quest Aurius' Reckoning requires level 55 and is sharable if the previous quest has been completed.

• Start & End:
  • Aurius in the chapel on the left side after entering Strat Undead.
• Task:
  • Kill the final boss Baron Rivendare in Strat Undead.
• Rewards:
  • 9,950 XP
  • Choose between  Will of the Martyr or  Blood of the Martyr.

Menethil’s Gift

The quest Menethil's Gift requires level 57 and is not sharable.

• Prerequisite: Completed the previous quests in the chain starting with Doctor Theolen Krastinov, the Butcher given by Eva Sarkhoff on Caer Darrow in Western Plaguelands (70.2 73.8).
• Start:
  • Leonid Barthalomew the Revered at Lights Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands (81.6 57.8).
• End:
  • Menethil’s Gift in Strat Undead.
• Task:
  • Place  Keepsake of Remembrance on the symbol on the floor in the room of Baron Rivendare (final boss of Strat Undead).
• Rewards:

The quest Dead Man's Plea requires level 58 and is not sharable.

• Prerequisite: Completed the previous quests in the chain starting with Doctor Theolen Krastinov, the Butcher given by Eva Sarkhoff on Caer Darrow in Western Plaguelands (70.2 73.8).

The quest Ramstein is Horde-exclusive, requires level 56 and is sharable if the prerequisite is met.

• Prerequsite: Completed previous quests in the chain starting with The Ranger Lord's Behest also given by Nathanos Blightcaller in Eastern Plaguelands (26.6 74.8).
• Start & End:
  • Nathanos Blightcaller in Eastern Plaguelands (26.6 74.8).
• Task:
  • Kill the second to last boss Ramstein the Gorger in Strat Undead, loot  Head of Ramstein the Gorger, and bring it to Nathanos Blightcaller.
• Rewards:
  • 6,600 XP

  • Choose between  Royal Seal of Alexis or  Elemental Circle.
