Leveling Blacksmithing from 1-75 (Apprentice)

Craft the following items to level Blacksmithing from 1-75 in WoW Classic Era, Hardcore, or Fresh:

• 1-30: ~40x  Rough Sharpening Stone.
  • Total items required: 40x  Rough Stone.
• 30-65: ~50x  Rough Grinding Stone – you’ll need 10 of these later.
  • Total items required: 100x  Rough Stone.
• 65-75: ~20x  Coarse Sharpening Stone.
  • Total items required: 20x  Coarse Stone.
  • Alternatively, you can craft  Copper Chain Belt or  Runed Copper Gauntlets.

Learn Journeyman Blacksmithing (requires character level 10) from a Blacksmithing trainer in any major city. It costs 5 . This allows you to level Blacksmithing up to 150.

Leveling Blacksmithing from 75-125 (Journeyman)

Craft the following items to level Blacksmithing from 75-125 in WoW Classic Era, Hardcore, or Fresh:

• 75-90: ~35x  Coarse Grinding Stone – you’ll need at least 30 of these later.
  • Total items required: 70x  Coarse Stone.
• 90-100: 10x  Runed Copper Belt.
  • Total items required: 100x  Copper Bar.
• 100-105: 5x  Silver Rod.
  • Total items required: 5x  Silver Bar, 10x  Rough Grinding Stone.
• 105-110: 5x  Runed Copper Belt.
  • Total items required: 50x  Copper Bar.
• 110-125: Choose between:
  • 15x  Rough Bronze Leggings.
    • Total items required: 90x  Bronze Bar.
  • 15x  Rough Bronze Shoulders.
    • Total items required: 75x  Bronze Bar, 15x  Coarse Grinding Stone.

Learn Expert Blacksmithing from one of the following trainers. It costs 50 . This allows you to level Blacksmithing up to 225.

• Bengus Deepforge in The Great Forge in Ironforge (52.6 40.8).
• Saru Steelfury in The Valley of Honor in Orgrimmar (82.2 23.0).

Leveling Blacksmithing from 125-225 (Expert)

Craft the following items to level Blacksmithing from 125-225 in WoW Classic Era, Hardcore, or Fresh:

• 125-140: ~35x  Heavy Grinding Stone – you’ll need 30 of these later.
  • Total items required: 105x  Heavy Stone.
• 140-150: 10x  Patterned Bronze Bracers.
  • Total items required: 50x  Bronze Bar, 20x  Coarse Grinding Stone.
  • If  Heavy Stone is cheap, you can alternatively continue crafting  Heavy Grinding Stone until 150 (turns green at 137).
• 150-155: 5x  Golden Rod.
  • Total items required: 5x  Gold Bar, 10x  Coarse Grinding Stone.
• 155-165: 10x  Green Iron Leggings.
  • Total items required: 80x  Iron Bar, 10x  Heavy Grinding Stone, 10x  Green Dye.
• 165-190: 25x  Green Iron Bracers
  • Total items required: 150x  Iron Bar, 25x  Green Dye.
• 190-200: 10x  Golden Scale Bracers.
  • Total items required: 50x  Steel Bar, 20x  Heavy Grinding Stone.
• 200-210: ~30x  Solid Grinding Stone – you’ll need at least 10 of these later.
  • Total items required: 120x  Solid Stone.
• 210-225: 15x  Heavy Mithril Gauntlet.
  • Total items required: 90x  Mithril Bar, 60x  Mageweave Cloth.

Learn Artisan Blacksmithing from the following trainer. It costs 5 . This allows you to level Blacksmithing up to 300.

• Brikk Keencraft in Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale (29.0 75.4).

Leveling Blacksmithing from 225-300 (Artisan)

Craft the following items to level Blacksmithing from 225-300 in WoW Classic Era, Hardcore, or Fresh:

• 225-235: 10x  Steel Plate Helm.
  • Total items required: 140x  Steel Bar, 10x  Citrine, 10x  Solid Grinding Stone.
• 235-250: Choose between:
  • 15x  Mithril Spurs.
    •  Plans: Mithril Spurs is a rare world drop and can be bought in the Auction House.
    • Total items required: 60x  Mithril Bar, 45x  Solid Grinding Stone.
    •  Mithril Spurs increase mounted speed by 4%. You can enchant the boots of other players for a fee. This makes  Mithril Spurs perfect for leveling, as long as you can earn gold with them.
  • 15x  Mithril Coif.
    • Total items required:150x  Mithril Bar, 90x  Mageweave Cloth.
• 250-260: ~20x  Dense Sharpening Stone.
  • Total items required: 20x  Dense Stone.
• 260-275: 15x  Thorium Bracers.
  • Total items required: 180x  Thorium Bar, 60x  Blue Power Crystal.
  • If you can craft and sell  Mithril Spurs, craft these as long as possible.
• 275-290: 15x  Imperial Plate Bracers
  •  Plans: Imperial Plate Bracers is a reward from Imperial Plate Bracer that starts at Derotain Mudsipper in Gadgetzan in Tanaris (51.4 28.6).
  • Total items required: 300x  Thorium Bar, 15x  Star Ruby.
  • Alternatively, you can continue crafting  Thorium Bracers until 285 and then start crafting  Thorium Boots or  Thorium Helm.
• 290-300: Choose between:
  • 10x  Thorium Boots.
    • Total items required: 200x  Thorium Bar, 80x  Rugged Leather, 40x  Green Power Crystal.
  • 10x  Thorium Helm
    • Total items required: 240x  Thorium Bar, 10x  Star Ruby, 40x  Yellow Power Crystal.
