WoW Classic Enchanting Leveling 1-300

To level Enchanting efficiently in WoW Classic you need to craft the right items at the right skill level. We’ve broken down the leveling journey into 4 brackets, to help you navigate through our Enchanting 1-300 leveling guide.

Leveling Enchanting from 1-50 (Apprentice)

Craft the following items to level Enchanting from 1-50 in WoW Classic Era, Hardcore, or Fresh:

1-2: 1x Runed Copper Rod.
- Total items required: 1x Copper Rod, 1x Strange Dust, 1x Lesser Magic Essence.
2-10: Choose between:
- Disenchant low-level items.
- 8x Enchant Bracer - Minor Health.
  - Total items required: 8x Strange Dust.
10-50: Choose between:
- 40x Lesser Magic Wand.
  - Requires 40x Lesser Magic Essence, 40x Simple Wood.
  - You can often sell Lesser Magic Wand with a profit at the auction house. Depending on your realm, Lesser Magic Essence might be very cheap. Be aware that Lesser Magic Wand does not stack and you can’t sell them very fast. Leveling with Lesser Magic Wand is recommended if you aren’t in a hurry or have enough storage space.
  - Use one of the other options if you can’t sell Lesser Magic Wand at the auction house.
- Disenchant low-level items.
- 40x Enchant Bracer - Minor Health.
  - Total items required: 40x Strange Dust.

Learn Journeyman Enchanting (requires character level 10) from an Enchanting trainer in any major city. It costs 5 . This allows you to level Enchanting up to 150.

Leveling Enchanting from 50-135 (Journeyman)

Craft the following items to level Enchanting from 50-135 in WoW Classic Era, Hardcore, or Fresh:

50-70: Choose between:
- ~20 Lesser Magic Wand.
  - Requires 20x Lesser Magic Essence, 20x Simple Wood.
- ~20x Enchant Bracer - Minor Health.
  - Total items required: 20x Strange Dust.
70-150: Greater Magic Wand.
- If you can buy Greater Magic Essence from the auction house for less than 15 silver, you can level Enchanting for free to 150. Buy Greater Magic Essence from the AH and Simple Wood from a vendor to craft Greater Magic Wand. You can then sell Greater Magic Wand for 15 35 to a vendor.
- Sometimes you can sell Greater Magic Wand for even more profit in the auction house, but you have to include AH fees in your calculation.
70-135 Alternative
- 70-90: ~25x Enchant Bracer - Minor Health.
  - Total items required: 45x Strange Dust.
- 90-100: 10x Enchant Bracer - Minor Stamina.
  - Total items required: 30x Strange Dust.
- 100-101: 1x Runed Silver Rod.
  - Total items required: 1x Silver Rod, 6x Strange Dust, 3x Greater Magic Essence, 1x Runed Copper Rod.
- 101-110: 9x Greater Magic Wand.
  - Total items required: 9x Simple Wood, 9x Greater Magic Essence.
  - Greater Magic Wand can be vendored for 15 35 . Craft these until they are green of even gray, if you can buy Greater Magic Essence for less than 15 from the auction house.
- 110-135: 25x Enchant Cloak - Minor Agility.
  - Formula: Enchant Cloak - Minor Agility is sold by Dalria in Astranaar in Ashenvale (35.0 52.0) or Kulwia in Stonetalon Mountains (45.4 59.4). Also buy Formula: Enchant Bracer - Lesser Strength when you there. Both recipes are limited supply.
  - Total items required: 25x Lesser Astral Essence.
- (Alternative) 110-120: 10x Enchant Bracer - Minor Agility.
  - Total items required: 20x Strange Dust, 10x Greater Magic Essence.
- (Alternative) 120-130: Enchant Shield - Minor Stamina.
  - Total items required: 10x Lesser Astral Essence, 20x Strange Dust.
- (Alternative) 130-135: 5x Enchant Bracer - Lesser Stamina.
  - Total items required: 10x Soul Dust.

Learn Expert Enchanting (requires character level 20) from an Artisan Enchanting trainer. It costs 50 . This allows you to level Enchanting up to 225. These are the available Artisan Enchanters in WoW Classic:

Kitta Firewind in Elwynn Forest (64.8 70.6).
Hgarth at Sun Rock Retreat in Stonetalon Mountains (49.2 57.2).

Leveling Enchanting from 135-225 (Expert)

Craft the following items to level Enchanting from 135-225 in WoW Classic Era, Hardcore, or Fresh:

135-155: 25x Enchant Bracer - Lesser Stamina.
- Total items required: 50x Soul Dust.
155-156: 1x Runed Golden Rod.
- Total items required: 1x Golden Rod, 1x Iridescent Pearl, 2x Greater Astral Essence, 2x Soul Dust, 1x Runed Silver Rod.
156-185: ~40x Enchant Bracer - Lesser Strength.
- Formula: Enchant Bracer - Lesser Strength is sold by Dalria in Astranaar in Ashenvale (35.0 52.0) or Kulwia in Stonetalon Mountains (45.4 59.4).
- Total items required: 80x Soul Dust.
185-204: ~20x Enchant Bracer - Strength.
- Total items required: 20x Vision Dust.
204-205: 1x Runed Truesilver Rod.
- Total items required: 1x Truesilver Rod, 1x Black Pearl, 2x Greater Mystic Essence, 2x Vision Dust, 1x Runed Golden Rod.
205-225: 20x Enchant Cloak - Resistance.
- Total items required: 20x Lesser Nether Essence.
- If Vision Dust is cheaper than Lesser Nether Essence, you can continue crafting Enchant Bracer - Strength until you reach 220.
- If 3x Vision Dust is cheaper than Lesser Nether Essence, craft 5x Enchant Cloak - Greater Defense from 220 to 225.

Learn Artisan Enchanting (requires level 35) from a Master Enchanting trainer. It costs 5 . This allows you to level Enchanting up to 300. These are the available Master Enchanters in WoW Classic:

Annora inside the dungeon Uldaman. You’ll have to kill all scorpions in the area for her to spawn.

Leveling Enchanting from 225-300 (Artisan)

Craft the following items to level Enchanting from 225-300 in WoW Classic Era, Hardcore, or Fresh:

225-235: 10x Enchant Gloves - Agility
- Total items required: 10x Lesser Nether Essence, 10x Vision Dust.
235-245: Enchant Chest - Superior Health.
- Total items required: 60x Vision Dust.
245-250: ~7x Enchant Chest - Superior Health
- Total items required: 42x Vision Dust.
250-260: Choose between:
- 10x Lesser Mana Oil (requires Phase 5).
  - Total items required: 30x Dream Dust, 20x Purple Lotus, 10x Empty Vial.
- 10x Enchant Bracer - Greater Strength.
  - Total items required: 20x Dream Dust, 10x Greater Nether Essence.
260-265: Choose between:
- 5x Enchant Bracer - Greater Intellect
  - Total items required: 15x Lesser Eternal Essence
- ~7x Lesser Mana Oil (requires Phase 5)
  - Total items required: 21x Dream Dust, 14x Purple Lotus, 7x Empty Vial
265-285: 20x Enchant Shield - Greater Stamina
- Formula: Enchant Shield - Greater Stamina (bind on pickup) is sold by Mythrin'dir in Darnassus (61.4 18.8] or Daniel Bartlett in Undercity (64.8 38.2).
- Total items required: 200x Dream Dust
285-299: ~15x Enchant Chest - Major Health
- Formula: Enchant Chest - Major Health is sold by Qia in Winterspring (61.2 37.2) (limited supply).
- Total items required: 90x Illusion Dust, 15x Small Brilliant Shard.
299-300: 1x Runed Arcanite Rod.
- Formula: Runed Arcanite Rod is sold by Lorelae Wintersong in Nighthaven in Moonglade (48.6 40.2).
- Total items required: 1x Arcanite Rod, 10x Illusion Dust, 4x Greater Eternal Essence, 1x Runed Truesilver Rod, 2x Large Brilliant Shard

You have now reached the maximum Enchanting level in WoW Classic.

WoW Classic Enchanting Trainers

You can learn Enchanting in WoW Classic from Enchanting trainers, who you can find in the capitals, among other places. Once you have reached at least level 5, you can go to one of the following Enchanting trainers to learn the profession:

Thonys Pillarstone at the Great Forge in Ironforge (60.2 44.2)
Betty Quin in the Mage Quarter in Stormwind City (43.0 64.6)
Lalina Summermoon at the Craftsmen’s Terrace in Darnassus (58.8 13.0)
Teg Dawnstrider in Thunder Bluff (45.2 38.6)
Jhag in The Drag in Orgrimmar (53.6 38.2)
Malcomb Wynn in the Apothecarium in Undercity (62.6 60.6)

To learn Enchanting from 150 to 225 you need to talk to an Artisan Enchanter. Depending on your faction, these are the available trainers:

Kitta Firewind in Elwynn Forest (64.8 70.6).
Hgarth at Sun Rock Retreat in Stonetalon Mountains (49.2 57.2).

To learn Enchanting from 225 to 300 you need to talk to the following Master Enchanter:

Annora inside the dungeon Uldaman. You’ll have to kill all scorpions in the area for her to spawn.
