WoW Classic First Aid Leveling 1-300

To level First Aid efficiently in WoW Classic you need to craft the right items at the right skill level. We’ve broken down the leveling journey into 4 brackets, to help you navigate through our First Aid 1-300 leveling guide.

Leveling First Aid from 1-75 (Apprentice)

Craft the following items to level First Aid from 1-75 in WoW Classic Era, Hardcore, or Fresh:

1-40: ~44x Linen Bandage
- Total items required: 44x Linen Cloth
40-75: ~44x Heavy Linen Bandage
- Total items required: 88x Linen Cloth

Learn Journeyman First Aid from a First Aid trainer in any major city. It costs 5 . This allows you to level First Aid up to 150.

Leveling First Aid from 75-150 (Journeyman)

Craft the following items to level First Aid from 75-150 in WoW Classic Era, Hardcore, or Fresh:

75-80: ~20x Heavy Linen Bandage
- Total items required: 40x Linen Cloth
80-115 : ~47x Wool Bandage
- Total items required: 47x Wool Cloth
115-150: ~47x Heavy Wool Bandage
- Total items required: 94x Wool Cloth

Learn Silk Bandage from your First Aid trainer.

Learn Expert First Aid. To learn Expert First Aid, buy Expert First Aid - Under Wraps from one of the following vendors:

Deneb Walker in Stromgarde Keep in Arathi Highlands at 27.0 58.8.
- Tip: Once you have entered the castle, keep to the right and then turn right at every opportunity (3 times in total). Then cross the bridge, turn right again and you should meet Deneb Walker.
Balai Lok'Wein in Brackenwall in Dustwallow Marsh at 36.4 30.4.

Leveling First Aid from 150-225 (Expert)

Craft the following items to level First Aid from 150-225 in WoW Classic Era, Hardcore, or Fresh:

150-180: ~40x Silk Bandage
- Total items required: 40x Silk Cloth
180-210: ~40x Heavy Silk Bandage
- Total items required: 80x Silk Cloth
210-225: ~20x Mageweave Bandage
- Total items required: 20x Mageweave Cloth

Learn Artisan First Aid by completing the Triage quest as follows.

Quest to Learn First Aid Artisan in WoW Classic

Before you can learn First Aid Artisan, you must first complete the quest Triage or Triage.

Once your character has reached level 35 and 225 in First Aid, you will unlock the quest Alliance Trauma or Horde Trauma. This quest ultimately leads you to the quest Triage or Triage.

You get the quest Alliance Trauma from First Aid Trainer Nissa Firestone at 54.8 58.6 in Ironforge. This quest then sends you to Dustwallow Marsh.
You get the quest Horde Trauma from First Aid Trainer Arnok at 34.0 84.4 in Orgrimmar. This quest then sends you to Hammerfall in the Arathi Highlands.

The task of the Triage quest is to save 15 patients with the help of Triage Bandages before 6 of them die from their injuries.

Always heal the most seriously injured patients first. If everyone is equally badly injured, you heal the one who has been lying the longest. If you don’t succeed, you can try again.

Upon successfully completing the quest, you will receive First Aid Artisan as a quest reward. Now continue with leveling First Aid from 225 to 300.

Leveling First Aid from 225-300 (Expert) in WoW Classic

Craft the following items to level First Aid from 225-300 in WoW Classic Era, Hardcore, or Fresh:

225-240: ~20x Mageweave Bandage
- Total items required: 20x Mageweave Cloth
240-260: ~27x Heavy Mageweave Bandage
- Total items required: 54x Mageweave Cloth
- Heavy Mageweave Bandage is taught by Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen or Doctor Gregory Victor.
260-290: ~40x Runecloth Bandage
- Total items required: 40x Runecloth
- Runecloth Bandage is taught by Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen or Doctor Gregory Victor.
290-300: ~14x Heavy Runecloth Bandage
- Total items required: 28x Runecloth
- Runecloth Bandage is taught by Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen or Doctor Gregory Victor.

You have now reached the maximum First Aid level in WoW Classic.

You can learn First Aid past 225 (Artisan) from the following trainers after you have completed the quest Triage or Triage (more details below):

Alliance : Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen in Theramore in Dustwallow Marsh at 67,49.
Horde : Doctor Gregory Victor in Hammerfall in Arathi Highlands (in the large building on the southwest side) at 73,37.

Who Should Learn First Aid in WoW Classic?

First Aid training is useful for every class in WoW Classic. Since First Aid is a secondary profession, every class can learn it in addition to their primary professions. Especially useful is First Aid for Warriors and Rogues. As melees without any self-healing abilities, First Aid can increase the leveling and farming speed significantly.
