Due to the new Blackwing Lair items that provide hit chance ( Drake Fang Talisman,  Master Dragonslayer's Ring,  Boots of the Shadow Flame, and  Prestor's Talisman of Connivery), a few items from before are losing some of their value. Until you’ve acquired all of the new Blackwing Lair items, you want to wear more hit gear from the previous phase, like e.g.  Wristguards of True Flight over  Wristguards of Stability.
