1 If you play a Human you are equipping swords or maces due to Sword Specialization and Mace Specialization. If you play an Orc you are equipping Axes due to Axe Specialization. Edgemaster's Handguards are your BiS gloves, if you are not a Human and not an Orc. In this case, axes and swords become your preferred weapon choices. With Edgemaster's Handguards you can choose Axes as an Alliance Warrior and Swords as a Horde Warrior to reduce loot competition.
