Unlock Tuleu in Lost Ark: How to Get the Stronghold Merchant (Wealth Runes)
Tuleu is one of the merchants that you can unlock for your stronghold in Lost Ark. In this guide, you will learn how to get Tuleu and what this merchant has to offer.
Unlocking Tuleu is a lengthy process involving a daily Una’s Task, a quest, and research in the lab.
Step 1: Daily Una’s Task What’s in the Ship?
First you need to reach reputation level 3 at Examining the Ship. To do this, you must complete the daily Una’s Task What’s In the Ship? (Atropos) a total of 7 times.
Prerequisite: In order to accept this Una’s Task, you must have completed the questline on Atropos, that begins with Welcome!
As a reward at reputation level 3, you will receive Mederiel’s Letter. This item starts the quest The Bambiri Merchants Guild.
Step 2: Quest The Bambiri Merchant Guild
Prerequitise: In order to accept the quest, you must have completed the chain quest line that starts with The Missing Players (Rothun) and ends with Music Echoes in Elzowin.

Once you’ve completed the quest The Bambiri Merchant Guild, you can research Merchant Contract: Bambiri Merchant Guild in the stronghold lab.
Step 3: Research Merchant Contract: Bambiri Merchant Guild
You’ll find Merchant: Contract: Bambiri Merchant Guild in the Trade Merchant Contract section of your stronghold lab.

What Tuleu is Selling

Why isn’t Tuleu Always in the Stronghold?
There are three permanent merchants in your stronghold who are always there. In addition, another merchant can visit you for a limited time. This merchant is randomly selected from a pool.
From the start, this pool includes the three merchants Rami, Tago, and Duekhyeon. By unlocking more merchants, you expand the pool. Therefore, if you want to buy something specifically from Tuleu, you’ll have to wait for his turn to visit your stronghold.
Can other Players Buy from my Tuleu?
Yes! When other players visit your Stronghold, they can buy from your stronghold vendors if you allow it. The merchant has an “Open Sale” tab where visitors can shop.
Clicking on the gear icon in the upper left corner of your stronghold name will open the Stronghold Options Settings window. Here you can set who can buy from your merchants. By default, this is allowed for all visitors.
