WoW SoD Blackfathom Deeps

1. Baron Aquanis

• If you get the debuff  Depth Charge, jump into the water and swim back as soon as the debuff expires.
• Dodge  Bubble Beam by standing behind the boss.
• Avoid the thunderstorms by moving to another platform.

2. Ghamoo-Ra

• Avoid the small bubbles on the floor.
• Be careful of your HP when the shell is about to break. The entire raid receives massive damage here.
• Taunt swap as soon as the tank has two stacks of the debuff  Crunch Armor.

3. Lady Sarevess

• The main tank focuses on Lady Sarevess, the off-tank pulls the elite mob away.
• All damage is directed at Lady Sarevess. The Elite despawns as soon as Lady Sarevess is killed.
• Avoid standing in frosty areas.

4. Gelihast

• The main tank pulls Gelihast into the center of the room.
• Dodge  Shadow Crash by not standing in the purple zone.
• Taunt swap as soon as the tank has two stacks of the debuff  Shadow Strike.
• Avoid the Shadow Murlocs. They appear when Gelihast only has 10% HP left.

5. Lorgus Jett

• Defeat the waves of enemies at the start of the fight. Always kill Elite mops immediately and interrupt the healing of the priestess.
• Lorgus Jett summons three totems in the same order. The second totem  Corrupted Lightning Shield Totem is the most dangerous and must be destroyed immediately. The other two totems can be ignored.

6. Twilight Lord Kelris

• Dodge  Shadow Crash by not standing in the purple zone.
• Interrupt  Mind Blast and especially  Shadowy Chains.
• If you have received the debuff  Sleep, kill the priestesses as quickly as possible. Then click on the portal to come back.

7. Aku’mai

• Don’t stand in front of Aku'mai when he does his  Corrosive Blast.
• Once the tank has 3 or 4 stacks of  Corrosion, they will drag the boss to one of the Cleansing Pools and stand in it. This spawns adds that need to be killed.
• Taunt swap, if the main tank has 3-4 stacks of  Shadow Seep, then the off-tank takes over.

The Heart of the Void

The BFD quest The Heart of the Void | The Heart of the Void requires level 25 and is not sharable.

• Start:
  • Through  Perfect Blackfathom Pearl, which drops from Aku'mai in Blackfathom Deeps. Note: The quest can only be completed once.
• End:
  • At Dawnwatcher Selgorm on the Craftsmen’s Terrace in Darnassus (55.4 23.8).
  • At Bashana Runetotem at The Elder Rise in Thunder Bluff (70.8 33.8).
• Task:
  • Bring the Blackfathom Pearl to Dawnwatcher Selgorm or Bashana Runetotem.
• Item Reward:
  • Choose between  Acolyte's Void Pearl,  Invoker's Void Pearl or  Avenger's Void Pearl.

Baron Aquanis

The BFD quest Baron Aquanis | Baron Aquanis requires level 25 and is not sharable.

• Start:
  • At Davius Voidstar in Auberdine in Darkshore (36.8 43.6).
  • Through  Strange Water Globe, which drops from Baron Aquanis in Blackfathom Deeps.
• End:
  • At Davius Voidstar in Auberdine in Darkshore (36.8 43.6).
  • At Je'neu Sancrea in Ashenvale (11.6 34.2).
• Task :
  • Bring the Water Globe to Davius Voidstar or Je'neu Sancrea.
  •  Strange Water Globe drops from Baron Aquanis in Blackfathom Deeps.
• Item Reward:
  • Portal from Auberdine to Zoram Strand.
  • Choose between  Outlaw Sabre or  Witch's Finger.

Blackfathom Villainy

The BFD quest Blackfathom Villainy | Blackfathom Villainy requires level 25 and is sharable.

• Start:
  • At Argent Guard Thaelrid in Blackfathom Deeps. You’ll find him by swimming through the underground passage to the south-west of Gamoo-ras island.
• End:
  • At Dawnwatcher Selgorm on the Craftsmen’s Terrace in Darnassus (55.4 23.8).
  • At Bashana Runetotem at The Elder Rise in Thunder Bluff (70.8 33.8).
• Task :
  • Bring the head of Twilight Lord Kelris to Dawnwatcher Selgorm or Bashana Runetotem.
  •  Head of Kelris drops from Twilight Lord Kelris in Blackfathom Deeps.
• Item Reward:
  • Choose between  Inscribed Gravestone Scepter or  Ancient Arctic Buckler.

Knowledge in the Deeps

The BFD quest Knowledge in the Deeps requires level 25 and is sharable.

• Start & End:
  • At Gerrig Bonegrip in The Forlorn Cavern in Ironforge.
• Task :
  • Bring the Lorgalis Manuscript to Gerrig Bonegrip.
  • You find  Lorgalis Manuscript in a Pitted Iron Chest in Blackfathom Deeps. The chest is located in a niche north of Ghamoo-ra’s island.
• Item Reward :
  •  Ever-Sustaining Ring

Twilight Falls

The BFD quest Twilight Falls requires level 25 and is sharable.

• Start & End:
  • At Dawnwatcher Selgorm on the Craftsmen’s Terrace in Darnassus (55.4 23.8).
• Task:
  • Bring 10x  Twilight Pendant to Argent Guard Manados.
  •  Twilight Pendant drops from the following enemies in BFD: Twilight Reaver, Twilight Aquamancer, Twilight Loreseeker, Twilight Acolyte, Twilight Shadowmage and Twilight Elementalist.
• Item Reward :
  • Choose between  Nimbus Boots of Insight or  Tender's Heartwood Girdle.

Researching the Corruption

The BFD quest Researching the Corruption requires level 25 and is sharable.

• Start & End:
  • At Gershala Nightwhisper (38.4 43.0) in Auberdine in Darkshore .
• Task:
  • Bring 8x  Corrupted Brain Stem to Gershala Nightwhisper.
  •  Corrupted Brain Stem drops from the following enemies:
    • BFD: Blackfathom Elite, Blackfathom Sea Witch, Blackfathom Myrmidon, Fallenroot Hellcaller, Fallenroot Shadowstalker, Lady Sarevess
    • Near the BFD entrance in Ashenvale: Fallenroot Rogue, Fallenroot Satyr, Blackfathom Oracle, Fallenroot Satyr, Blackfathom Tide Priestess.
• Item Reward :
  • Choose between  Chittering Beetle Clasps or  Worn Prelacy Cape.

Allegiance to the Old Gods

The BFD quest Allegiance to the Old Gods requires level 25 and is sharable.

• Start:
  • Through  Damp Note which drops from Blackfathom Tide Priestess and Blackfathom Tide Priestess near the BFD entrance in Ashenvale.
  • For  Damp Note to drop, the quest The Essence of Aku'Mai must be in your quest log or completed. It starts from Je'neu Sancrea in Ashenvale (11.6 34.2)
• End:
  • At Je'neu Sancrea in Ashenvale (11.6 34.2).
• Task:
  • Kill Lorgus Jett in Blackfathom Deeps.
• Item Reward:
  • Choose between  Band of the Iron Fist or  Frayed Chestnut Mantle.
