
WoW SoD Hunter
The Hunter is a pure DPS class in World of Warcraft. Hunters can tame animals to aid them in battle. The hunter can set traps and has companion animals such as wolves or cats. In WoW Classic Era hunters can specialize in bows and rifles. In Season of Discovery hunters can also be played as a melee DPS. Raid builds without companions will also be possible in SoD.

Best Race for Hunters in WoW Classic
The best race for a Hunter depends on whether you are playing on the Alliance or Horde side:
Alliance
- In PvE
Night Elf is the best race for Alliance Hunters.
- In PvP
Night Elf is the best choice for Open World PvP and BGs for an Alliance hunter. For duels
Dwarf is a very strong contender.
Horde
- In PvE
Troll is the best race for Horde Hunters.
- In PvP
Orc is the best choice for Horde Hunters.
